VILLA INFORMATION
Our villa model is known as a 'Wynnewood' with the floor plan you can see below. The villa is positioned on one of the most sought after locations within the Highlands Reserve golf community - in fact, we are alongside the 5th hole with a South/Southwest facing pool and deck - offering fantastic sunset views across the nearby nature conservation area. Within
the property itself we have equipped all rooms to the highest
specification.
MASTER BEDROOM - This is equipped with a king-sized bed and large TV with en-suite access to a bathroom with shower, corner bath and marble surfaces.
BEDROOM #2 - Contains a double bed and will also include a TV.
BEDROOMS #3 & #4 - Similarly equipped twin-bedded rooms with a TV in each.
FAMILY BATHROOM - With bath, shower, toilet and basin.
LIVING/DINING AREA - Contains formal seating and dining whilst allowing for the sofa to convert to an additional queen-sized bed - increasing the occupancy level of the villa to a comfortable 10 persons.
FAMILY ROOM/BREAKFAST AREA - Contains a 6-seat breakfast table and sofas in the family area as well as a TV, DVD and Video.
KITCHEN - Full of modern conveniences including cooker with ceramic hob over, microwave, large fridge with ice-maker and water dispenser in the door, dishwasher, garbage disposal and most other modern conveniences you would expect to find in the kitchen.
UTILITY ROOM - Contains both washer and dryer facilities.
All internal areas, with the exception of the garage, have an air conditioning system for your comfort.
POOL & DECK - Unquestionably the most important part of the property. The pool is 28ft by 14ft with steps down into it and an adult seating bench within the pool. This is contained within an enhanced concrete deck area with plenty of poolside furniture and magnificent views down across the golf course to the conservation area beyond. For your further convenience the pool is housed within a screened enclosure to keep out unwanted insect guests and you also have the option of heating the pool during your stay.
We also employ a local property management company to ensure the logistics and comfort of your stay are well catered for. They will be there to greet you on arrival in the Orlando area and will ensure that any problems that may occur with the villa facilities are quickly remedied.
